Originally, I'm from Saint-Petersburg, known as "The Cultural Capital of Russia". After successful graduation from the oldest university of Russia—Saint-Petersburg State University, Chemistry Department—I applied for the Ph.D. program in Biological Sciences at Bowling Green State University, OH, USA.
I am a Ph.D. candidate as well as teaching assistant at Bowling Green State University. I'm working in Dr. Ray A. Larsen's Lab. Currently, I'm seeking for a posdoctoral fellow position in the United States.
My research interests are mostly focused on:
- Molecular Genetics
- Biochemistry
- Radiochemistry in biological systems
- Phage biology
- Electron Microscopy Imaging
- Bioinformatics (Proteomics/Genomics).
