Flight Information
There are two major airports near Bowling Green.

Toledo Express Airport
The nearest airport to bowling Green is the Toledo Express Airport (TOL). It is about a 30 minute drive, mostly on major highways and roads. I or someone on my behalf will certainly pick particpants up at the Toledo airport.

If you rent a car: From the aiport you head East on Airport Highway for about 10-15 minutes until you get to I-475. Get on I-475 and head South (the entrance is on the right side of the highway). Get off at exit 2; for reference Airport highway is Exit 8. The sign will say Highway 25 south to Bowling Green. At the end of the exit ramp you will turn right (south). About .1 mile later you will see a nice shopping plaza called Levis Commons. There are some very good retaurants here and some nice shops as well as a Starbuck's. Bowling Green is 10-12 miles south of Levis Commons. Stay on Highway 25 until you reach Bowling Green. Highway 25 becomes Main Street.

Domestic participants will not be able to find direct flights to Toledo except for a few airports through some smaller airline companies. If you are interested let me know and I will get you the information.

Detroit Metro Airport
The second and largest aiport near to Bowling Green is the Detroit metro Airport (DTW). This is an international airport and international as well as domest participants should be able to fly directly into this airport for a cheaper fare than flying to Toledo. The aiport is about 70 miles (an hour) away and I am definitely willing to pick up participants from this airport as long as they are willing to wait for other participants so that I can make as few trips as possible. If you fly into Detroit there are small "puddle jumpers" that will fly you to the Toledo airport. Realize though this usually takes you an hour or longer (not flight time) so it might be worth it to check with me whether you can be picked up at Detroit. I personally fly out of and into Detroit on my travels so do not feel as if this is an inconvenience.

Please let me know if you plan on renting a car from DTW and I will send you directions from the airport to Bowling Green.

Other Airlines
The next nearest airports are Columbus International Airport (CMH) and Cleveland International Airport (CLE). I would encourage you not to fly into these airports simply because they are 2 hours and 3 hours away from Bowling Green, respectively. Please let me know if you must fly into one of these airports.
