• When preparing high quality graphs for thesis manuscripts and journal submissions, it is important that the graph text be sufficiently large and that all line elements be sufficiently thick to allow photo-reduction, to allow legible  photo-projection with PowerPoint, and to allow legible poster-format presentation. Otherwise, you will waste lost of time revising figure formats. Figures should consist of: Large non-bold Ariel font; thick lines, thick axes, thick frames, and thick tic marks; large line markers.
