That is, Math Placement Test A is for a student who has not completed two years of Algebra with a grade of C or better (Note: Satisfactorily completing Integrated Mathematics II would be considered the equivalent of two years of Algebra) or a student who has not had math in a long while. Math Placement Test A cannot result in a placement higher than Math 122. The questions on this sample test are similar to the questions on Test A in format and level of difficulty.
