Banquet


The Friday evening banquet will be in Olscamp Hall 101A. This will be preceded by a social hour. It is a served dinner with a choice of three entrees: 
  1. Prime Rib with Au Jus served with Oven Roasted Rosemary Redskin Potatoes,
  2. Peppercorn Grilled Salmon Filet with Wild Rice, or
  3. Spinach Artichoke Portabello with Oven Roasted Rosemary Redskin Potatoes. 

Each of these is accompanied by Fresh Green Beans, a Tossed Garden salad, a Dinner Roll with butter and coffee, tea, or iced tea. Dessert choice includes the campus specialty: coconut cream pie.

Cost is $25.00, payable with preregistration. Students are welcome to attend the banquet, for the same price. There may be a few banquet tickets available on site, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Students from the pizza party will join us in Olscamp 111 for the after-dinner program.
