There are no handicap parking spaces, or any spaces for that matter, very close to Olscamp Hall. In fact the shuttle stop is as close. About a block. But the good news is that there is a convenient drop off drive at the entrance of Olcamp Hall on Ridge St.

Almost all sessions will be on one level, and almost all next door to each other. Only some of the contributed paper sessions will be on a different floor, and even then the elevator is close by. The restrooms, handicap equipped, are also quite close.
