Un-Ordered list: Dear Colleagues, We have been appointed by the Advisory Committee to conduct this year's annual Chair Evaluation. A significant part of this process involves feedback from each of us, the regular faculty in the Department. We are providing you with a form (given to us by the College) for this purpose. We are attaching a .pdf copy of this form with this message, and also arranging for a paper copy to be placed in your mailbox. We ask that you complete this form by Thursday, March 29, and return it to Cyndi. (If you wish to respond only electronically, you may communicate the content of your responses via email to Cyndi at cpatter@bgsu.edu). After collecting these responeses, we will summarize the results in a report to the Dean, with copies to each of you and to Neal, on or before April 9.
