When it comes to gun dogs, the best of the bests are not the scientists, but the trainers and breeders who have the passion, the enthusiasm and decades of experience in this field.

I have been very lucky to have come in touch with some extremely helpful people whose wisdom has strengthened my venture in the study of these wonderful dogs.

I am constantly on the lookout for enthusiastic people in the Midwest who share my passion for “man’s best friend”. People who want to know the “behavioral shapes” of their dogs and are willing to indulge in conversations about how awesome these pets are. Who are willing to send cheek swab samples of their gun dogs to UC Davis Vet School, one of the top vet schools in the country for genetic analysis.

My study is entirely for scientific purposes and will not in any circumstances be used for commercial purposes.
