Put the mouse pointer inside the window you want, press Alt - PrtSc, and an image of the window is put in the Clipboard. Now go to FrontPage or Word and pull down Edit, Paste. That should work.
Unfortunately, Dreamweaver does not seem to allow you to paste images in in this way.
